GuildQuality Guild Master Award
One of the most difficult designations to earn, the Guildmaster Award for Service Excellence, is drawn exclusively and directly from customer surveys sent to all customers over a full year of operation. Guildmaster performs these surveys themselves to get the most unbiased responses possible. To get the award, contractors need to hit at least a 90% “likely to recommend” response.
