The overall experience was very good. The estimate was in line with other estimates that we received. Teardown of the old gutters and fascia was very efficient. Install of the new fascia, downspouts, and gutters was also efficient. Problems with the old gutters were addressed and corrected with the new gutters.
They did an incredible job and love my new gutters Sales Knowledge Craig was very knowledgeable and helped me pick the right gutters based off of my concern and roof pitch. RGS is very professional in the way they conduct their business. Their work is excellent. The first person that came to talk about options was so knowledgeable. The installation crews worked very diligently, through all weather conditions. Our mid-century modern home (with a flat roof line) looks better than it ever has and functions so much better! The new gutters and surfaces resolved our wasp issues, interior leaks, and need for painting, They also improved the home's aesthetic appeal dramatically.
Really happy with RGS! I had a small project I needed done on my home for siding and they have been fantastic through the entire process. Ron, Daniel, Kevin, and Haley stayed in contact with me through the process, so I knew what was happening when my installation would be. The installation was done the same day and it looks fabulous. RGS spent time with us discussing our upgrade from start to finish. They made sure we understood the process and even pointed out that we might need to have our roofer look at the corner to ensure project proceeds smoothly and we have no roof issues. RGS did not have to point this out to us but this shows there commitment to the customer and their reputation. We could not be more pleased with the end result. I recommend RGS to anyone looking for exterior work.
Areas Of Satisfaction Everyone in the company that I worked with directly were friendly, courteous, professional and willing to put my best interest first. Recognized Excellence Ryan J. Peterson was exceptionally good to work with in giving me an estimate on my gutters then coming back and helping me get set up for a chimney cover. Gage Palmer did a great job installing my gutters and was easy to work with. He pointed out that my chimney had never been completely covered and the wood inside was starting to show weathering. Why Us? After checking around, RGS seemed like a professional, experienced company that would do a good job and be fair with me.

I am more than happy with the service provided by RGS Exteriors. I was kept informed of timelines from start to finish. The gentlemen showed earlier than anticipated to complete the job. They reviewed the anticipated work to be done before starting and made sure we were happy at the end of the project. I would definitely recommend RGS to my friends and family.
RGS is about the most on the Ball contractor I have ever hired to do things at my house. They showed up on time, they did the work requested for a fair price. Then they followed up regularly until my project was complete. As we all know, all contractors are not built that way, but I sure appreciate it when one is! I will definitely hire these guys again!
After seeing the many 5 star ratings, I have to be honest, I was very skeptical. Employees of the company are going out and doing those posts, etc, etc. I still decided to meet with them and Brad was fantastic! He was honest, explained everything well, and MOST importantly, did not push for the sale. In fact, he left everything so we could have some time to think it over, but we ended up catching him as he got in his car, to come and take care of things. Will leave another post once the work is done.

I'm not the type to write reviews--usually, my friends and neighbors just get an earful from me. But here it goes… Josh was my rep, and he was amazing, super responsive, and detailed. The installers, Gabe and Romel, were like the dream team of heat cable and gutter cover installation. They kept me in the loop, showed me what they were doing, and left my place spotless. It was like watching a well-oiled machine, except with more ladders and fewer squeaky wheels. And they were nice to my dog who sat and watched them work. In short, RGS was lights-out fantastic, and it’s only fair to let more people than just my neighbors know. I’d recommend them for gutter covers and heat cable.
We are extremely pleased with our installation from RGS! Starting with Bob, the project manager to Felix and Xael who installed the soffit and facia, plus Gabriel and Romel who installed the new rain gutters the project is a success! The installers were on time, worked hard were professional and left zero mess. They definitely deserve a bonus!
The BEST company I’ve ever worked with, especially Mike, Kevin, Gage and Alberto were fantastic. Gage and Alberto were so patient with my wife and her “being so perfect in every way”. They walked the entire project with her and making sure she liked everything about it and if not, they changed it. Gage, Kevin and Alberto are the BEST. Saved my marriage. Really, the place looks amazing and every single employee was fantastic. Thank you guys so much.
A fantastic experience from the start to the finish. The sales representative Aaron was totally honest and showed tremendous expertise on helping us make decisions. We had several ideas that he talked us out of and suggested things that we were very thankful that we did. The construction from start to finish was fantastic workmanship and tremendous attention to detail. We even had a Vice President Gregg Fisher came out and install our porch overhead so that they could stay on schedule. He did a phenomenal job that is beyond description. The Project Manager, Quinton stayed on top of the project from start to finish. Haley kept us totally informed as to the date and time of the next step. Felix and Xael did the bulk of the work on the siding and Romeo and Gabriel did the gutters. In all cases they asked us what we wanted and made suggestions as to the best way to do it. Their workmanship was all fantastic
