Goodbye Stucco, Hello James Hardie

Goodbye Stucco, Hello James Hardie

We Replaced This Homeowner’s Stucco With Great-Looking, Long-Lasting James Hardie

We Even Managed To Keep The Stone Intact On This Top-Notch Siding Installation Project

The right Wasatch Front exterior remodeling project can be an excellent way to improve your property and even your curb appeal.  That’s why we’re so thrilled to have replaced this homeowner’s stucco with stunning James Hardie siding.

“We are thrilled with the work we had done by RGS. We replaced all the stucco on our front facade with JamesHardie siding. It was a very delicate job and Felix and Xial were expert craftsmen.”

It was no simple project, though.  Even for a James Hardie project (which are never simple), this one was particularly challenging and required a delicate touch.

Here’s what we did, how it turned out, and why we’re SUPER proud of the results….

A Delicate James Hardie Siding Install….

Nothing makes us happier than to hear that our customers were thrilled with our workmanship and the end result of their project. James Hardie siding installation is not a project for an amateur, which is why we sent our expert team of craftsmen to make sure everything went according to plan.

At RGS Exteriors, we’re obsessed with the details, and it shows in our methodical, painstaking workmanship and truly STUNNING finished projects.

Nowhere is this more apparent than in our photogenic James Hardie siding projects, which can be the envy of the whole neighborhood.

Removing Stucco, KEEPING The Stone, And Managing EVERY Detail

No quick tear-down on this job. We had to be at our absolute best to ensure we didn’t harm the stone already in place.

“They had to remove the stucco but keep the stone in place. There was a lot of trim to cut and place around windows, doors, and in place of the stucco columns. Felix and Xial were artists on this job.”

While we don’t claim to be LITERAL artists, we’ll take the compliment from this homeowner on our top-notch workmanship.  Working around the finer details of your project is one of the most difficult parts of any James Hardie siding project, and it’s a MAJOR stumbling block for anything less than an expert installer.

That said, it’s simply not something to overlook.  The areas around your trim, windows, and doors are some of THE most critical points of your siding installation.

Why is that?

Because these points of contact between your siding and trim are where SO many installers mess up, leaving your home exposed to water damage.  Even if the gap in your siding is too small to notice, it will allow water to leak in and wreak havoc on your wood framing.

Quality Work And A Stunning Finished Project

“We love the finished product and we love the quality of work that went into it.”

Quality work is what we’re all about, and we’re glad this homeowner noticed.  Our Vision for home remodeling has been the same for the entire 70 years–or 5 Generations–we’ve been in business.

What is it?

To provide real home remodeling solutions to problems and exterior products that look great AND last for decades to come.

Our family business is centered around our community.  We’ve done it the same way for 70 years, and we don’t plan on stopping any time soon.
