The overall experience was very good. The estimate was in line with other estimates that we received. Teardown of the old gutters and fascia was very efficient. Install of the new fascia, downspouts, and gutters was also efficient. Problems with the old gutters were addressed and corrected with the new gutters.

RGS is very professional in the way they conduct their business. Their work is excellent. The first person that came to talk about options was so knowledgeable. The installation crews worked very diligently, through all weather conditions. Our mid-century modern home (with a flat roof line) looks better than it ever has and functions so much better! The new gutters and surfaces resolved our wasp issues, interior leaks, and need for painting, They also improved the home's aesthetic appeal dramatically.

RGS spent time with us discussing our upgrade from start to finish. They made sure we understood the process and even pointed out that we might need to have our roofer look at the corner to ensure project proceeds smoothly and we have no roof issues. RGS did not have to point this out to us but this shows there commitment to the customer and their reputation. We could not be more pleased with the end result. Peterson was exceptionally good to work with in giving me an estimate on my gutters then coming back and helping me get set up for a chimney cover. Gage Palmer did a great job installing my gutters and was easy to work with. He pointed out that my chimney had never been completely covered and the wood inside was starting to show weathering.
