To accurately gauge our customer satisfaction, we teamed up with industry-renowned quality assurance mogul GuildQuality. Their tried-and-true data collection process takes an unbiased approach when it comes to gathering reviews and testimonials from our past clients by reaching out to each individual homeowner on their own accord.
We don’t know what our customers are going to say about us and their remodeling experience until we read it on the GuildQuality website — just like the rest of the country.

When it comes to notable awards in the industry of home remodeling, there are few more important or impactful than the Guildmaster award from GuildQuality. This prestigious annual award is reserved for home remodeling companies that meet a very strict set of requirements all based around customer satisfaction.
As we previously mentioned, each of our customers are presented with a post-remodel survey from GuildQuality to assess their experience with us as a company. To be awarded the Guildmaster accreditation, companies must receive a ‘Likely To Recommend’ rating of at least 90% throughout the entire year through these surveys. Additionally, companies must receive a response rate of at least 50% from their customers to even be considered for the Guildmaster award. We are proud to say we have been Guildmaster certified for several years, holding a 96% satisfaction rating with over 1,000 survey responses!
