Step 2: Our First In-Home Meeting

Our consultants are well-trained LISTENERS first and talkers (product experts) second.

Initially, it’s about proper inspections and asking you as many questions as it takes to fully understand what you’re looking to do and what products best suit your goals.

The employee who provided the estimate was very thorough and knowledgeable about what needed to be done and gave me a great estimate.

Our RGS consultant did a great job of providing an estimate and was patient with me as I evaluated my options.

What charming guys they were… together with the salesman and project manager, we came up with a plan that fit our wants, needs, and budget.

Step 3: Ongoing Communication

One of the most talked about parts of our process in reviews is ongoing communication.

We don’t leave you hanging or wondering what’s going on. Once a proposal is accepted, we consistently keep you up-to-date and aware throughout your project.

We had clear communication from the RGS about the expected timeframe and reasonable updates while we waited the 8-10 weeks we were given as an original estimate. Expectations were properly set and followed up on.

They kept us updated on when the installation would occur. There were no surprises.

The job site was left clean and organized at the end of each workday. The project stayed on schedule and was completed on time.

First and foremost, this company is excellent at communication. Calls were returned promptly, people showed up when expected, and they kept me well informed.

Step 4: Installation

Our crews are held accountable for keeping job sites clean and tidy, day in and day out. At RGS Exteriors, we’re BIG on respecting our customers’ homes.

This helps our installations happen quickly, efficiently, and without hangups.

The installers had the whole house done in about a week. Excellent workmanship and product.

The siding was done so quickly and expertly that we hardly noticed they were there!

The installation team was professional, friendly, and did an excellent job. The work was done quickly and professionally, and the quality of the product and installation was outstanding.

Step 5: Warranty Protection

Simply put – our work comes with a 10-year, ‘Everything’ workmanship warranty. If ANYTHING goes wrong during installation, we’re going to take care of it.

Defects? We’ll deal with the manufacturers.

And, if anything with our work underperforms during the first decade, we’ll get it handled.

We’re careful to tell people about this warranty and ask that you quickly call us with any follow-up questions, concerns, or issues. Again, we’ve been doing this for generations and aren’t going anywhere anytime soon. We’re here for the Utah homeowners who choose us!
